FINDER’S FEE
As inducement for, and in consideration of, YOUR action cited below, Littlebear Productions and its principal Gregory G. Sarno hereby promise to pay to YOU: the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or, at YOUR option, twenty-five percent (25%) of gross screenwriting and/or story revenues/royalties in event that YOU refer the script for “Indy V,” entitled “Indiana Jones and the Curse of Yamashita’s Gold,” to either LucasFilm, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford, and/or authorized representatives of the foregoing entity/persons, PROVIDED FURTHER that said referral leads to production and theatrical release of a feature-film based upon, or inspired by, such script or the story embodied therein.
As used herein, “gross” embraces all sums due to and received by Littlebear Productions or its principal prior to deduction of either (1) agent’s commission, or (2) state, federal, local income taxes.
